Hereford House is a newly renovated and beautifully appointed grand house which has been converted to 4 apartments, situated in the heart of Southsea. Flat C with 3 generous bedrooms and a plenty of space, this apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

Hereford House provides a lovely, bright and airy feel that would suit families and groups of business travellers alike, as well as smaller groups who just want a bit more space. We take pride in the quality of the property and experience that we provide to you as we hope that you will want to stay with us again. Providing all the comforts of a modern hotel, with free super-fast Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TV, high quality beds and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the facilities needed to cook at home. A well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, plus all the crockery, pots and pans etc needed for the majority of dishes. There is also a dishwasher to save you having to wash it all up afterwards.

Situated in Southsea, Flat C – Hereford House is spacious 3-bedroom apartment. Close to the seafront, Southsea shopping and nightlife, we believe the accommodation is unique in its scale and comfort. This fantastic property offers a large king size bedroom with en-suite, a large double bedroom and a triple (3 singles) bedroom. There is an open plan living area with two large sofas and an open plan kitchen space.

Situated in a traditional, Southsea street populated mostly with Victorian townhouses and just off Victoria Road South, the property’s location is excellent. Parking is free on the street although it does get busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. However, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops, the beautiful Kings Theatre and The Wedgewood Rooms (live music venue).

Just a 10-minute drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants, bars and a cinema. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.
