Situated in a traditional, quiet Victorian terraced street just off Albert Road, the property’s location is excellent. Parking is free on the street although it can get a bit busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. Permits are in force between the hours of 1600 – 1800 and we provide these for you in the property. However, its just 15 mins walk to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only 5 mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
There are a number of quirky shops, takeaways and a Co-Op in the nearby surroundings, a short 5 min walk from the property as well as access to the local bus routes.
Just 20 mins walk to Southsea beach, South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only 10 mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
