Externally at the rear of the property there is a Southerly facing rear garden mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders, the perfect suntrap for those long Summer evenings or making the most of the midday Winter sun.

Situated in a traditional, quiet Victorian terraced street just off Albert Road, the property’s location is excellent. Parking is free on the street although it can get a bit busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. Permits are in force between the hours of 1600 – 1800 and we provide these for you in the property. However, its just 15 mins walk to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only 5 mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
